Fresh, light floral aroma. Lavender oil is widely used in aromatherapy to improve memory and mood. It helps relax muscles and brings a feeling of lightness to the body, which is why it is often added to massage creams.
A bath with lavender oil helps to relax, relieve tension, and also has a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin and hair.
Application:
Enrichment of cosmetics: mix 3-5 drops of oil with 10 g (ml) of base (vegetable oil, cream, lotion, tonic, shampoo, etc.)
Massage: mix 5-8 drops of lavender oil with 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil or cream of your choice.
Baths: Add 5-8 drops of lavender oil, pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt), to a filled bath (37-38 °C). The duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.
Sauna: add 5-10 drops of lavender oil to a container with a small amount of hot water and place on the top rack of the steam room.
Aromatization of the room: add 5-7 drops of lavender oil to the aroma lamp. If you don’t have an aroma lamp, the oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup of hot water and placed on the radiator
Check for individual sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes.
