Lemon strengthens the immune system, helping the body resist diseases. Being an effective tonic for the heart, it stimulates blood circulation and normalizes blood pressure.

Lemon oil is used to care for oily skin that has lost its elasticity, with scars and cellulite; for oily hair and dandruff removal.

Application:

Enrichment of cosmetics: add 3-6 drops of lemon oil to 10 g (ml) of the base (vegetable oil, cream, tonic, mask, shampoo, etc.).

Massage: add 5-10 drops of lemon oil to 1-3 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (almond, peach, grape, etc.) or your chosen cream and you can use these aroma oils for massage.

Baths: In a filled bath (37-38 °C) add 5-8 drops of lemon oil, pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of an emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). The duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.

Aromatization of the room: add 4-5 drops of lemon oil to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. In the absence of an aroma lamp, oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup of hot water and placed on a heating radiator. The duration of the procedure is 15-20 minutes.

Precautionary measures:

Check for individual sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes.

Use with extreme caution during pregnancy.
