Warm, spicy-herbaceous aroma effectively relieves fatigue, soothes when overexcited. Useful for bronchitis, coughs and colds. It removes from the state of prostration, confusion, is used when the productivity of thinking decreases (forgetfulness, absent-mindedness).
How to use:
Enrichment of cosmetics: mix 2-5 drops of essential oil with 10-15 g (ml) of the base (vegetable oil, cream, tonic, lotion, mask, etc.).
Massage: Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (almond, peach, jojoba, grape seed) or your chosen cream.
Baths: In a filled bath (37-38 °C), add 3-5 drops of thyme (thyme) essential oil or one of the oil compositions, previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of an emulsifier (milk, honey, sea salt). The duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.
Bathhouse and sauna: To aromatize the air in the bathhouse and sauna, dilute 3-5 drops of oil in 500 ml of water by applying to hot stones.
Aromatization of the room: add 3-4 drops of thyme (thyme) essential oil or one of the oil compositions to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma will fill the room. In the absence of an aroma lamp, oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup of hot water and placed on a heating radiator. The duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
