The sharp aroma with fresh woody notes makes juniper oil an excellent tonic. Juniper strengthens the nerves, helps fight tension, anxiety and worry. Juniper oil makes breathing easier and is also included in formulations for cleansing oily skin.
Application:
Enrichment of cosmetics: add 5 drops of oil or its mixture with other oils to 10-15 g (ml) of base (vegetable oil, cream, tonic, lotion, shampoo, etc.).
Massage: mix 5-7 drops of oil or its mixture with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil or cream of your choice.
Baths: Add 5-7 drops of oil or its mixture, pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt), to a filled bath. The duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.
Sauna: add 5-10 drops of oil or its mixture to a container with a small amount of hot water and place it on the top rack of the steam room.
Aromatization of the room: add 4-5 drops of oil or its mixture to the aroma lamp.
If you don’t have an aroma lamp, the oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup of hot water and placed on the radiator.
Precautionary measures
Check for individual sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes.
Use with extreme caution during pregnancy.
