Anise as a valuable medicinal and food plant was used by the ancient Greeks, Egyptians and Romans. It has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, eliminates anxiety.
In women, it reduces pain during menstruation and improves mood. Anise oil added to the cream gives the skin softness and elasticity, improves lipid metabolism.
Application:
Enrichment of cosmetics: 3-5 drops of anise essential oil (or its mixture with other essential oils in equal parts) mixed with 10-15 g (ml) of the base (vegetable oil, cream, tonic, lotion, mask, shampoo, balm, etc.) .).
Massage: Mix 3-5 drops of anise essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable base oil (peach, almond, jojoba, grape seed, etc.) or your chosen cream.
Baths: In a filled bath (37-38 °C) add 3-5 drops of anise essential oil, pre-mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of an emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). Procedure time 10-15 min.
Sauna: To flavor the air in the bath and sauna by applying to hot stones, dilute 2-3 drops of anise essential oil in 500 ml of water.
Aromatization of the room: add 3-4 drops (per 15 m²) of pure anise essential oil or its mixture with other oils to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma will fill the room. In the absence of an aroma lamp, oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup of hot water and placed on a heating radiator. The duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
Check for individual sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes. Higher doses may cause dizziness.
