Indications: colds, flu, laryngitis, bronchitis, asthma, cough, colic, indigestion, swelling, arthritis.
Ajwain - a strong stimulator of digestive, respiratory and nervous systems. Suppresses high Vata. Improves kidney function and strengthens the nervous system. This is a powerful means against stagnation in the respiratory and digestive tract, eliminating deep-seated Ama (toxins) and to revive the metabolic processes that were stagnant disturbed, it relieves intestinal cramps and strengthens the Prana. Promotes motivation and activates the updrafts of psychic energy.
Cautions: high acidity, high Pitta.
