Ingredients: Instant coffee 83%, chromium (from chromium picolinate), green coffee extract (Cofee arabica), L-carnitine, raspberry ketones {4-(4-hydroxyphenyl) butan-2-one}, green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) (sheet) (standardized to 98%).

Composition of the daily dose (4 g / 2 cups of coffee):

Chromium picolinate: 160 mcg

Green coffee extract: 240 mg

L-Carnitine: 234 mg

Raspberry ketones: 160 mg

Green tea extract: 80 mg

Directions for use:

Add 1 teaspoon (about 2 g) to a glass of warm water (40-50 ml). Stir for a few seconds until dissolved. Drink up to 2 cups of coffee per day.
