Asparagus (Shatavari) contains natural estrogens (phytoestrogens). It is recommended for women in childbearing period and during menopause.



Shatavari is the main herb of Ayurvedic remedy to maintain women's health. Helps to regulate the production of hormones that provides restoration of regular menstrual cycle, facilitates the state during the premenstrual symptoms (PMS), it’s used in amenorrhea (absence of menstruation), and dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation).



In Ayurveda, Shatavari is used to prevent the symptoms of menopause (hot flashes, sweating, palpitations, vaginal dryness, mood swings, obesity, insomnia, depression, and others.).



Ayurveda experts use Shatavari in infertility, frigidity and estrogen diseases (fibroids, breast, endometriosis).
