Mivitotal® Sport is a vitamin and mineral complex adapted to meet physical stress and hard workouts. Contains magnesium that contribute to normal protein synthesis and normal muscle function. Also contains vitamins C and E, riboflavin, manganese and selenium, all of which are antioxidants and help protect the cells against oxidative stress. In addition, vitamin C can help reduce fatigue as well as help maintain the immune system’s normal function during and after intensive physical exercise

Recommended daily intake: Adults 1 tbsp (15 ml) twice a day. Taken with a meal. Shake before using. Can be advantageous mixed with water or juice to get a milder taste. Recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements should not replace a varied diet. Think of the importance of a versatile and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage: The shelf life is 15 months from manufacturing date. Opened bottled should be stored in refrigerator and be consumed within 2 months from opening.
