Composition:

Camphor acts as an antipyretic, reflexive agent that stimulates expectoration, cardiac activity, circulation and respiration.

The main component of Japanese peppermint oil is menthol. The oil is used for neuralgia externally and as an antipyretic for fevers. Due to the distracting effect helps with pain and inflammation of muscles and joints.
