Bulgarian-made biologically pure bekmez is a natural syrup that is prepared without adding sugar.

Made from 100% organic products. Reminds me of caramel-colored honey. Suitable for preparing sweets and desserts, as well as for direct consumption. This product is an ideal sugar replacement.

A unique sweet temptation that has been a traditional Bulgarian product since ancient times. In some regions of Bulgaria it is called interjun. It can also be made from other types of fruits that are rich in natural sugar.

Cooking technology:

Sugar beets are pressed and the juice is squeezed out of it. It is then boiled, stirring constantly, until it thickens and acquires the consistency of liquid honey.
